Student moderators will interact directly with Am’re leading up to Artist Talk. Additionally, they will facilitate a brief panel discussion/talk back after each artist talk. Ideally, 4 students will be selected.

Composition Cohort

Up to 20 composers of varying experience will be selected for this cohort. Am’re will host (2) seventy-five minute large group learning sessions and (2) small group lessons for each student. Large group = everybody, small group = 4 or less.

Large group learning session will cover topics like: brainstorming, writing techniques, finding your voice.

Small group lessons will be masterclass/workshop style. Student presents a piece or idea and Am’re provides helpful feedback.
