How young do you take students? We will take students as young as 4 years old. Students should be potty trained, have the ability to sit and be engaged for increments of 5 minutes at a time, and be able to speak and communicate clearly.
I am signing up more than one student, do I need to sign up for multiple lessons? If you want the lessons to be at different times, yes. If you want students to be back-to-back, it’s easier for the scheduling platform to combine when possible.
My student is taking violin lessons. Do I need to purchase a violin? No. We recommend renting. This allows for an easy transition if the students limbs grow, or if the student decides to pursue other ventures.
My student is taking piano lessons. What kind of piano do I need? Most students will do ok with anything from a department store keyboard to an acoustic grand piano and everything in between. However, as the student progresses, they will need a higher quality instrument.
Do I need to bring anything to the first lesson? Beginning students don’t need anything in the first lesson. Students who have played before should bring the last music they worked on.
How do I pay? You will be sent an invoice via Stripe.
